Refund Policy

Applies to every purchase made on I Ching Oracle. Last updated 2 October 2026. This page is part of our Terms of Service.

The short version. Bought credits and not used them? Ask within 7 days and we refund in full. Charged twice, or charged the wrong amount? Full refund. Paid but never received the item? Full refund. Your statutory rights are never reduced by this policy.

What we refund

Unused credits — 7 days

If you bought credits and have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. This is our standard policy for first-time and returning buyers alike.

Duplicate or incorrect charge

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout, we refund the duplicate or the difference in full.

Paid but not delivered

If a payment succeeded but the item could not be delivered, and we cannot deliver it, we refund it in full.

Used credits

Once a credit has been used — the paid draw has been performed and the content delivered — it is generally non-refundable, because the digital content has been supplied in full.

Statutory rights

This policy sits on top of your legal rights and never replaces them:

European Union and United Kingdom. As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Where you buy digital content supplied immediately, that right is preserved until you first use the credit; by completing the purchase you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends once the content has been delivered and used.
Australia. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if a service is not delivered with due care and skill, or is not fit for the purpose you made known.
Mainland China. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China.
Elsewhere. If the consumer law where you live gives you a stronger right, that right applies.

How to request a refund

Email us at the address below, using the email address you gave at checkout where possible.
Include your order reference if you have it — it begins with xdr_ — or the approximate date and amount of the purchase.
Tell us briefly what went wrong, or simply that you have not used the credits.

We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method. How quickly the money appears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer — it is typically 5–10 business days, and can be longer for some card issuers.

Payments on this Site are processed by Waffo Pancake, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Depending on the payment method, the refund may be issued by Waffo Pancake on our instruction. We handle the request end to end, so you only need to write to us.

Cancellation

Every purchase on this Site is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges and no auto-renewal, so there is nothing to cancel after a purchase. You may abandon a checkout at any time before completing payment and no charge will be made.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Deleting your account does not by itself trigger a refund; if you hold unused credits, ask for the refund first, or mention it in the same email.
